Stark’s is one of just a few restaurants in the Bay Area with dry aging in-house; an intensive process that deepens flavor, enhances tenderness, and gives each steak its signature richness.
The menu is a thoughtful blend of traditional staples and Stark’s signature showstoppers: 48oz long-bone ribeye, warm lobster a la plancha, seared scallops, Japanese A5 Wagyu, and the iconic Stark’s Standard Burger crafted from the same dry-aged beef as our steaks.
