Stark’s is a classic steak & seafood house located in an 1892 historic downtown Santa Rosa landmark, where casual elegance meets Wine Country sophistication. We are an exclusive partner with Certified Angus Beef®, serving both Choice and Prime selections. Stark’s is one of just a few restaurants in the Bay Area with dry aging in-house; an intensive process that deepens flavor, enhances tenderness, and gives each steak its signature richness.
The menu is a thoughtful blend of traditional staples and Stark’s signature showstoppers: 48oz long-bone ribeye, warm lobster a la plancha, seared scallops, Japanese A5 Wagyu, and the iconic Stark’s Standard Burger crafted from the same dry-aged beef as our steaks.
